MOSCOW, May 5 (Xinhua) -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov held a phone conversation on Tuesday with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
During the call, they exchanged views on the current international situation and Russian-U.S. relations, and discussed the schedule of bilateral contacts.
The conversation was "constructive and businesslike," according to the ministry. ■
