LONDON, May 3 (Xinhua) -- Another attack on a vessel has occurred in waters near the Strait of Hormuz, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) said in a warning issued on Sunday.
According to the warning, the master of a northbound bulk carrier reported that the vessel was attacked by multiple small craft. All crew members are safe and no environmental impact has been reported.
The warning said the incident took place approximately 11 nautical miles west of Sirik, Iran, near the eastern entrance of the Strait of Hormuz. ■
