MOSCOW, March 30 (Xinhua) -- Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko said the visit of the top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Kim Jong Un, to Russia remains on the agenda, according to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.

The visit of Kim, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the DPRK, is still on the agenda, with dates to be coordinated through diplomatic channels, Rudenko said in an interview with the TASS news agency published on Saturday on the ministry's website.

Regular high-level meetings help strengthen bilateral relations, Rudenko said.

The DPRK side has not yet released an official statement on the matter.
