LONDON, March 2 (Xinhua) -- One man has been arrested after two people were injured on Monday in Edinburgh, Scotland, Police Scotland said.
After the incident happened at around 8:25 a.m. in the Calder Gardens area, police received reports of "a man with a bladed weapon."
The police said that two people were injured, with a man stabbed and suffering "non-life-threatening injuries," and a woman sustained a laceration to the head, which was "not believed to be caused by a bladed weapon."
The Scottish Ambulance Service told local media that two patients were transported to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.
