MOSCOW, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- The deceased suspect in the criminal case over an attack on traffic police officers near Moscow's Savyolovsky Railway Station has been identified as a 22-year-old native of the Udmurt Republic, a region in western Russia.
On Tuesday, Svetlana Petrenko, spokesperson for the Investigative Committee of Russia, said law enforcement officers have established the alleged suspect's route of travel within the Moscow region.
One traffic police officer was killed, and two others were injured following the detonation of an unidentified device at Savyolovsky Station Square in Moscow, the Russian Interior Ministry said early on Tuesday. The suspect died at the scene. ■
