BAKU, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- Total investments in Azerbaijan's industrial zones have reached 7 billion manats (about 4.1 billion U.S. dollars), the Economic Zones Development Agency said on Tuesday.
In 2025 alone, 136 million manats were invested, Chairman of the Board Seymur Adigozalov told a press conference.
A total of 138 residents and 13 non-residents are currently registered across the country's industrial zones, with 25 residents and 4 non-residents joining in 2025, he said.
Thanks to the rising appeal of Azerbaijan's economic zones to international capital, foreign investment inflows have risen significantly over the past decade, climbing from 10.4 million manats in 2016 to 87.9 million manats in 2025, said Adigozalov. ■
