OSLO, Dec. 16 (Xinhua) -- The Danish government on Tuesday presented its 29th military donation package to Ukraine, valued at approximately 1.7 billion Danish kroner (267 million U.S. dollars), according to the Danish Ministry of Defense.
Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen announced the new package during an online meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group. The new package is subject to final approval by the Finance Committee of the Danish parliament.
In addition to the donation, the defense minister also announced that Denmark is ready to contribute to a 10th weapons package under the "Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List" initiative. (1 Danish krone = 0.158 U.S. dollar) ■
