KIEV, Sept. 9 (Xinhua) -- At least 21 people were killed and 21 others injured Tuesday in a Russian airstrike on the Ukrainian village of Yarova in the Donetsk region, said Ukraine's regional governor, Vadym Filashkin.
Filashkin said in a statement on Telegram that police, rescue and medical teams are working at the scene. ■
