FRANKFURT, June 5 (Xinhua) -- The European Central Bank (ECB) on Thursday decided to cut three key interest rates by 25 basis points, bringing the deposit facility rate down to 2 percent.
With this adjustment, the interest rates for the main refinancing operation and the marginal lending facility are now set at 2.15 percent and 2.4 percent respectively, the bank said in a statement. ■
