MOSCOW, Feb. 18 (Xinhua) -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in Riyadh that the presence of NATO troops in Ukraine is "unacceptable" to Russia.
"The presence of troops from NATO countries, whether under foreign flags, EU flags, or their own national flags, does not change anything. This is, of course, unacceptable to us," Lavrov said during a press conference following negotiations with U.S. officials.
The Russian delegation has already communicated this position to the U.S. delegation in Riyadh, he added. ■
