Belarus' CEC officially declares Lukashenko's victory in presidential elections

MINSK, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- Belarusian Central Election Commission on Monday officially declared Alexander Lukashenko's victory in the presidential elections with 86.82 percent of the votes. ■
