ANKARA, Dec. 16 (Xinhua) -- Nine police officers were injured in an attack on a shuttle bus carrying riot police in southeastern Diyarbakir province of Türkiye on Friday, the state-run TRT broadcaster reported.
The attack was carried out on the Diyarbakir-Mardin highway by a bomb-laden vehicle, the TRT said.
Two suspects were detained after the attack, Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu tweeted. ■
