MOSCOW, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- Russia registered 5,992 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, bringing the nationwide tally to 21,562,758, said the official monitoring and response center on Friday.
The center said the nationwide death toll increased by 56 to 391,736, while the number of recoveries grew by 5,337 to 20,972,766.
Meanwhile, Moscow reported 1,074 new cases, taking its total to 3,251,440. ■
