BEIJING, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7 jolted Near South Coast of Honshu, Japan 1604 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 41.6 km, was initially determined to be at 34.89 degrees north latitude and 137.87 degrees east longitude. ■
