Australia central bank raises cash rate to near 15-year high

SYDNEY, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) on Tuesday raised its benchmark interest rate by 25 basis points to 4.6 percent, its fourth rate hike this year, bringing the rate to its highest level in nearly 15 years. ■
