MANILA, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- Rescue teams have completed searches of about 65 percent of the cargo hold of the passenger vessel that caught fire off the Philippines on Sept. 9, said the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on Monday.

PCG said operations continue in the remaining sections. The fire aboard the passenger ship near the Philippines' Palawan has killed 76 people, with 13 still missing.
