HANOI, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- Three people, including two children, were killed and another child was injured in a collision between a truck and a motorcycle in southern Vietnam's Dong Nai city on Tuesday morning, local media Tuoi Tre reported.
The accident occurred at around 8:30 a.m. at an intersection in Phuoc Tan ward when the truck collided with a motorcycle carrying a woman and three children, according to the report.
The collision left the woman and two children dead at the scene, while another child was taken to hospital for emergency treatment, the report added.
Local authorities are investigating the cause of the accident. ■
