SEOUL, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- One sailor was rescued after a tugboat with eight crew members on board capsized off South Korea's southeastern coast, according to Yonhap news agency on Wednesday.
The 286-tonne tugboat overturned in waters off the country's southeastern port city of Busan at about 1:30 p.m. local time (0430 GMT).
Of the eight crew members, one was rescued by a commercial cargo ship that was passing through the area.
The coast guard dispatched personnel and equipment to the scene for search and rescue operations. ■
