NEW DELHI, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- A domestic passenger flight suffered a tyre burst on landing at an airport in Bilaspur city, India's central state of Chhattisgarh, on Friday, an official of the Airports Authority of India confirmed.
All 41 people, including four crew members and 37 passengers, were safe and evacuated from the aircraft, according to the official.
Belonging to the airline company "Alliance Air," the plane's left-side tyre burst as soon as it landed at the airport. The cause of the tyre burst could not be ascertained yet, the official added. ■
