HANOI, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- One person died and another remained missing after a boat carrying a group of people capsized on the Dong Nai River in Vietnam's central province of Lam Dong, Vietnam News Agency reported Friday.
The accident occurred at around 8 p.m. Thursday in Bao Thuan commune, when a group of about eight people were traveling by boat to the riverbank after dining by the river.
Six people managed to swim to shore, while two men were swept away.
Rescue forces recovered one body after several hours of searching and continued efforts to locate the missing man, said the report. ■
