BEIJING, Aug. 27 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 jolted 212 km east of Onagawa Chō, Japan at 1921 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 38.13 degrees north latitude and 143.85 degrees east longitude. ■
