KABUL, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) -- Three people have been arrested after police seized a quantity of explosives and other equipment during an operation in Afghanistan's central Parwan province, local media Tolo news reported Sunday.
The seized items included four BM-1 rounds, 70 kg of explosives and 20 communication devices, according to the report.
The three suspects were arrested in connection with the seized materials and have confessed to the alleged offenses, the report said. ■
