BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- The National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Brunei Darussalam and the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry Malaysia on Saturday signed a renewed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) near the capital aimed at strengthening economic cooperation and expanding commercial exchange between the business communities of the two countries.
Under the renewed memorandum, the two chambers will encourage and facilitate activities that develop economic cooperation and promote commercial exchange between companies in Brunei and Malaysia.
The chambers will also assist one another in organizing and supporting company participation in exhibitions, trade fairs and similar activities in both countries, and will encourage the exchange of trade delegations and business missions, providing the facilities needed to develop trade relations between the two business communities. ■
