BEIJING, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted Flores Sea at 1706 GMT on Friday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 7.89 degrees south latitude and 120.44 degrees east longitude. ■
