ISLAMABAD, Aug. 21 (Xinhua) -- Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday reaffirmed the country's unwavering commitment to combating terrorism and supporting victims and their families, as the country observed the International Day of Remembrance and Tribute to the Victims of Terrorism.
In separate messages, the leaders paid tribute to civilians, security personnel, first responders and others who lost their lives to terrorism, while expressing solidarity with survivors and families affected by violence.
