MANILA, Aug. 21 (Xinhua) -- A 31-year-old woman and her two children, aged nine and four, were found dead in a vehicle on the island of Luzon in the northern Philippines, local media reported on Friday.
Local officials discovered the victims inside the vehicle parked in a secluded area of Barangay Talacsan, San Rafael in Bulacan province around 2 p.m. on Thursday after receiving a call, according to local media outlet GMA News.
Police have launched an investigation to determine the cause of death and gather further details. ■
