HONG KONG, Aug. 20 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 jolted Flores Region, Indonesia, at 0247 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 8.40 degrees south latitude and 120.68 degrees east longitude. ■
