BEIJING, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 jolted Mindanao, Philippines at 1839 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 5.34 degrees north latitude and 125.61 degrees east longitude. ■
