KABUL, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- At least four people were killed and another injured in a recent armed clash between two families over an agricultural water dispute in northern Afghanistan's Baghlan province, the provincial government office said Wednesday.
The incident occurred in Tala wa Barfak district and was reportedly linked to a personal dispute and disagreement over the use of irrigation water, according to the office.
Those involved fled the area following the incident. No arrests have been made so far, according to the office. ■
