KABUL, Aug. 3 (Xinhua) -- Two commuters were killed and five others sustained injuries due to a road mishap in Baghlan province north of Afghanistan on Sunday night, provincial police spokesman Mawlawi Shir Ahmad Burhani said Monday.
Blaming reckless driving for the deadly mishap, the official added that a child is also among those killed and five others, some in critical condition, were injured.
Earlier, four travelers were killed and five others sustained injuries elsewhere in Afghanistan on Friday. ■
