JAKARTA, July 20 (Xinhua) -- Indonesia's first bullion bank has managed 153 tonnes of gold worth about 20 billion U.S. dollars during its first year of operation, the country's President Prabowo Subianto said on Monday.
Speaking at a plenary cabinet meeting in Jakarta, Prabowo highlighted the establishment of the bullion bank as a historic milestone for the country, which reflected Indonesia's growing economic strength. ■
