BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, July 20 (Xinhua) -- The Legislative Council of Brunei will convene its second meeting of the year beginning Aug. 3, according to official media Pelita Brunei on Monday.
The meeting will focus on queries, ministerial statements and motions covering a range of issues of national interest, it said.
The session will examine matters related to policy, governance and national development in line with the country's current priorities, with the aim of supporting Brunei's continued progress and the well-being of its people. ■
