HONG KONG, July 3 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.3 jolted Halmahera, Indonesia, at 02:31:30 GMT on Friday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 126.8 km, was initially determined to be at 1.81 degrees north latitude and 127.49 degrees east longitude. ■
