MELBOURNE, July 2 (Xinhua) -- Two teenagers have been arrested after a 15-year-old boy was fatally stabbed in the northern suburbs of Melbourne on Wednesday night.
The police force in the state of Victoria said in a statement on Thursday that the 15-year-old boy was found with serious stab wounds outside a medical center in Craigieburn, 25 km north of central Melbourne, around 7:50 p.m. local time on Wednesday.
A staff member from the medical center performed CPR, but the boy died at the scene.
Police established a crime scene, and two males, aged 16 and 19, were arrested in the northern suburbs around 5:30 a.m. on Thursday.
The police statement said they will be interviewed by detectives from the homicide squad and asked for anyone who witnessed the incident or who has relevant footage to contact investigators. ■
