BEIJING, June 26 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 jolted Philippine Islands Region at 2117 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 9.97 degrees north latitude and 127.02 degrees east longitude. ■
