JAKARTA, May 2 (Xinhua) -- Three people were killed in an accident involving a pickup truck and a six-wheeled truck on a toll road in Indonesia's South Sumatra province on Friday.
Dede Supria Yovi, a local police officer, said Saturday that the accident occurred when the pickup truck, carrying two passengers, struck the rear of the six-wheeled truck traveling in the slow lane.
The driver and the two passengers were killed at the scene after their vehicle was severely damaged.
Police are still investigating the details of the incident. ■
