KABUL, April 14 (Xinhua) -- Four people were killed and three others sustained injuries as an armed individual opened fire on rival family in Baghlan province north of Afghanistan on Monday night, said a statement of provincial police office on Tuesday.
According to the statement, an armed man opened fire on the members of rival family in Khinjan district on Monday night, killing four people and injuring three others.
The statement put enmity for the bloody incident, adding two people have been taken into custody. ■
