BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, March 13 (Xinhua) -- Brunei's Legislative Council Speaker, Haji Abdul Rahman Taib, has called on members of the Legislative Council to jointly shoulder responsibilities in building the nation through a whole-of-nation and whole-of-government approach.
Speaking at a meeting of the Legislative Council on Friday, he stressed the need for more aggressive and sustainable action plans to help achieve the long-term Brunei Vision 2035.
According to the speaker, legislative council members should work together in identifying practical solutions to national issues for the benefit of the people and the country. ■
