HANOI, March 9 (Xinhua) -- A motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a train in Vietnam's capital city of Hanoi, the Vietnam News Agency reported Monday.
The accident occurred at around 8:10 p.m. on Sunday on Ngoc Hoi Street in Hoang Liet Ward, when a north-south train struck a motorbike at an informal residential crossing, killing the rider at the scene and causing traffic congestion.
Authorities are investigating the case. ■
