ALMATY, March 3 (Xinhua) -- Crime in Kazakhstan fell 8 percent in January and February compared with the same period last year, seeing 1,300 fewer offenses, Minister of Internal Affairs Yerzhan Sadenov said Tuesday.

Cybercrime declined 4 percent during the two-month period, he said.
