SEOUL, Dec. 18 (Xinhua) -- One person was trapped Thursday after a crane toppled at a construction site in South Korea's capital Seoul, according to local broadcaster YTN.
It was reported to the fire authorities at about 3:20 p.m. local time that a person was pinned under the collapsed crane.
Rescue operations were underway for the person presumed to be in cardiac arrest. ■
