KABUL, Dec. 5 (Xinhua) -- Four passengers were killed and two others injured after their vehicle plunged into a river in northern Afghanistan's Badakhshan province, provincial police spokesman Ehsanullah Kamgar said late Thursday.
The accident occurred in Raghistan district when the vehicle veered off the road and fell into a river due to reckless driving, Kamgar said.
The latest tragedy marks the fourth fatal road crash in Afghanistan recently. ■
