ISLAMABAD, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- Two terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire in Pakistan's northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, police said on Tuesday.
The clash occurred late Monday night in Swabi district after police received a tip-off about the presence of militants in the Topi area, according to the police. The suspects opened fire as security personnel reached the location, prompting retaliatory fire that left both men dead.
Police said a hand grenade, two pistols and a motorcycle were recovered from the scene. A search operation was underway in the area. ■
