HANOI, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) -- Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Saturday presided over a ceremony in the capital Hanoi to officially appoint Le Hoai Trung as acting minister of foreign affairs, according to the Vietnam News Agency.
Trung was transferred from his post as chief of the Party Central Committee's Office to assume responsibilities at the foreign ministry, the report added. ■
