ULAN BATOR, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- Mongolia's measles death toll has reached 11 after one more related death was registered, the National Center for Communicable Diseases said on Thursday.
Meanwhile, 16 people remained in hospital, including two critically ill children.
The center advised parents to protect their children from a potentially severe disease by getting them two doses of measles vaccines.
Measles is a highly contagious viral disease transmitted by respiratory droplets and direct contact. ■
