NEW DELHI, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) -- India's wholesale price index (WPI) declined to -0.58 percent in July, the federal ministry of commerce and industry said on Thursday.
This marked the second consecutive month of deflation and the lowest level in two years.
The WPI inflation rate was -0.13 percent in June. ■
