HONG KONG, July 14 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.0 jolted Tanimbar Islands Region, Indonesia at 0549 GMT on Monday, the GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 6.35 degrees south latitude and 131.35 degrees east longitude. ■
