TOKYO, June 2 (Xinhua) -- Four people were found dead in a suspected murder-suicide on Monday in the western Japanese prefecture of Osaka, local media reported.
An emergency call was made around 6:20 a.m. local time to report a man collapsed on a street in Suita City in Osaka Prefecture. The 26-year-old man was later pronounced dead at a hospital, Kyodo News reported.
Police visited his home nearby where they found the bodies of a woman and two children with blood around their abdomens, the report said.
Police identified the man's home from his belongings and found a blood-stained bladed object and what appeared to be a suicide note he had written in the apartment, it added.
The police suspect the 26-year-old woman and two girls, aged one and two, were related to the man. ■
