NEW YORK, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 jolted 44 km E of Modisi, Indonesia at 22:55:44 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 0.39 degrees north latitude and 124.83 degrees east longitude. ■
