NEW DELHI, Feb. 17 (Xinhua) -- A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck India's capital New Delhi on Monday morning at a depth of 5 km, according to India's National Center for Seismology.
The tremors lasted a few seconds and were strong enough to be felt in residential areas, causing panic among residents, local media reported. ■
